The final open budget workshop and discussion will be hosted between Worship services on Sunday, January 20, 2008.  Council treasurer, Chris Johnson, will be present to facilitate discussion and answer any questions you may have regarding the budget being prepared for the 2008 fiscal year.  This meeting will be the final meeting in a series of three offered in advance of the congregational meeting schedules for 9:15 am on Sunday, January 27, 2008 in the sanctuary.  All are welcome.

The next semi-annual Congregational Meeting will be held between the 8:00 am and 10:30 am Worship services on Sunday, January 27, 2008 in the sanctuary. Please plan to attend this important meeting. The council will be presenting a budget for the 2008 fiscal year and light refreshments will be available.

The Mount Calvary Church Council for the 2007/2008 season is now in session. Council Members are always available to take your input, and are available, in particular, during the Fellowship Hour between services to answer your questions or to assist you with your needs.   Please take the time to introduce yourself to each Council member.
