Some of you may already know this, but for others it may come as a surprise. There really is a lavender field in Boulder County. And the farmer is a member of Mount Calvary—it’s me, Mike Richters!

Later this month the farm will open to the public for the first time. Lavender lovers from as far away as Laramie and Colorado Springs are already waiting for that first day so they can cut their own bundles of lavender flowers.

Beginning with Sunday, Sept 13th 2009, the 2^nd Worship services will be returning to the normal 8:00am and 10:30am fall schedule, with Sunday School, the Adult Forum Education Hour and the fellowship hour beginning at 9:15am.   Summer hours will return after Memorial Day.  Please join us for one of these services and enjoy God's blessings this season.
