At the last Young Adult's Bible Study, we got back to our roots and had a good old-fashioned pumpkin carving. We meet every-other Monday at a different house for some food and fellowship. Some of you may already know this, but for others it may come as a surprise. There really is a lavender field in Boulder County. And the farmer is a member of Mount Calvary—it’s me, Mike Richters!

Later this month the farm will open to the public for the first time. Lavender lovers from as far away as Laramie and Colorado Springs are already waiting for that first day so they can cut their own bundles of lavender flowers.
